Despite the anxiety that the COVID-19 lockdown caused many of us, it also gave us a space to discover and learn new things within ourselves. At the end of 2020, instead of spending time following the horrible news, I focused my energies, time, and dedication to create a series of 31 ink pieces studying nature, mostly animals. I realized what I needed most was a break from all the things I cannot control.
